Interval training · hands-free
Build the circuit.
Press start.
Look away.
Kanon is an interval trainer that runs itself — timed circuits, rep sets and GPS runs, followed hands-free with spoken cues while your phone stays in your pocket.
The loop · three steps, then repeat
Build it, follow it, keep it.
Compose the circuit
Stack timed intervals, rep sets and distance steps into blocks, and repeat a block as many rounds as you need. An 8 × (400 m hard / 200 m jog) is one block set to eight.
Train hands-free
Press start and go. Kanon counts every interval down and speaks what's next — "10 seconds", "Rest", "Next: push-ups" — so you never look at the screen, even with it off.
Bank the session
Every workout lands in your history the moment it ends — rounds done, work time, distance and pace — building a record you actually kept.
What's inside
Everything a session needs, nothing it doesn't.
One app for circuits, runs and plans — offline-first, and yours to use without an account.
◐ Voice & sound cues
Spoken exercise names and countdown beeps carry the whole workout, so it's followable eyes-free with the screen dark.
↗ Runs with GPS
Add a distance step and Kanon tracks live pace, distance, per-kilometre splits and elevation, with auto-pause when you stop.
▦ Training plans
Schedule routines across a calendar, check off each session, and see the week at a glance.
✳ AI coach New
Ask in plain language — "a 3-day full-body week" — and the coach drafts the routines and schedules the plan for you.
⇄ Share & fork
Publish any routine to a private link. Anyone who opens it can copy it straight into their own library.
◇ Offline & synced
Fully usable with no signal. Sign in and everything syncs across your devices — sync layers on, it's never in the way.
Runs · the same loop, on the road
Intervals that measure distance, not just time.
A distance step ends when you've covered the ground, not when a clock runs out. Kanon watches the GPS, calls your splits aloud, and keeps counting with the phone in your pocket.
- Live distance, pace and elevation as you run
- Splits announced every kilometre or mile
- Auto-pause at the lights, so your pace stays honest
- Treadmill mode — no GPS, tap to advance
| Split | Time | Pace |
|---|---|---|
| KM 1 | 05:12 | 5:12 |

| KM 3 | 04:41 | 4:41 |
| KM 4 | 04:55 | 4:55 |
